I thought I'd start a little blog to write my thoughts down and get organized. Let's see how well it works. I need to write several articles on acquisition/project management. I was originally going to write on requirements, but realize before I can tackle any other area of project management I must start with leadership. Leadership in the public sector. Yes, image that, leadership in the government. Well, this isn't a political blog but a blog to focus on the importance of project management in the public sector.
